Paul & Reba

These two cuties were cousins, ages 1 & 3. Paul wasn't shy for the camera at all. Reba wasn't sure she wanted anything to do with me! But no worries, we got some great pictures! I try my best to narrow the pictures from a session down to 35-45, but sometimes it's just too hard and I end up going way over. (Let's just say I went WAY over with these two.)

She reminds my of Audrey Hepburn.

And then there's Paul.........

Elliot

Isn't he darling! I photographed Elliot as a newborn..........he was tricky then, and he was tricky this time. What you can't see is the studio with gold fish crackers and squeaky toys spread from one end to the other! (Not to mention his cute mom and grandma jumping up and down and doing all sorts of tricks!) He didn't want much to do with me, but mom and grandma sure could make him laugh. The hard part, as with all one year olds, was getting him to stay in place!!! I think we all needed a nap after!

I think this is my favorite!

He was laughing so hard at this point, it was hysterical!

Brinlee

Darling Brinlee is a one year old on the go! It was very difficult to get her to stay in one place, let alone look anywhere near the camera! But we didn't give up and we got some great pictures!

Hmmm......just how should I go about this?

Forget about the hands.....this will work!

Mission accomplished!

Duncan

This sweet little guy was only 6 days old, and we were able to do a lot of different set ups with him! He was adorable with the cutest little bald head! A great big "thanks" to all of you parents who trust me with your precious babies when they're only a few days old. These little ones change so much, so quickly......you'll be very happy you captured this moment before it's gone!

Jacob

Little Jacob was gorgeous and he has the most beautiful lips! He was a pretty good sleeper as well. So glad I was able to fit him in!

Mom does NOT like having her picture taken, but I think she looks beautiful!

Bentley

This baby was such a sweetie. She was beautiful, with perfect skin and the cutest little mohawk! I was a little nervous going in, because she was 3 weeks old, but she was wonderful! Just some cuddling between each set up and she would fall right asleep. Sometimes these "older" newborns prove me wrong!

Aiden

Sweet little Aiden is 3 months old. We didn't have much luck the first time I tried to take his pictures, so we sent him home for a nap and when he came back he was a completely different baby! He was so good about looking right into the camera, which is more important to me than smiles! I especially love his close ups! Isn't he adorable! No, he's not sitting up at 3 months old......just a little photoshop magic!

Why can't cellulite and fat rolls be this cute when we're adults?!

Rylee

Little Miss Rylee.......oh how much she is loved! She reminded me of my own babies because she wanted to be held constantly! As long as she was in someones arms she was sound asleep. But the moment we would try to lay her down she would scream bloody murder! My only conclusion was that she is used to being held 24/7........because she is loved so much! (Honestly, I don't even remember how we finally got these sleeping pictures!)

I love this close up because it shows her cute little dimple!

The bond between a mom and her child........there's nothing else like it in the world!

Ava

This sweet little thing was picture perfect. She was beautiful.........without a scratch, bump, or mark to be found anywhere on her milky white skin! We weren't sure if she was ever going to calm down and fall asleep, but once the temperature in the studio hit about 100, she was out. (Babies love the heated studio, Dads hate it!)

Saige

At 12 days old, sweet little Saige was very tiny as well as cooperative.....(or so we thought)! During the first half of the session she tricked us into thinking she was going to be asleep for hours! But then she woke up and let us know that she was finished with all of this nonsense and was ready to go home! That's OK. We got some great pictures and I appreciate the time she gave us. Kristine and Steven, thanks for letting me photograph your beautiful children.
